At Willow & Spring, we want you to love your clothes as much as we do! Which is why we are thrilled to offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy.
👉 For orders that qualified for free shipping, if you choose an exchange voucher over a refund, we will waive the $12 shipping fee.
👉 All full priced pieces can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered if they are in original condition, original tags attached, in original packaging and pet hair and make up free.
👉All sale items (unless stated final sale) can be returned for an exchange voucher
How it works
👉 If you receive your item and you wish to return for a refund or credit voucher send us an email at admin@willowandspring.com with your order number and reason for refund/ exchange voucher
Please note- Please ensure you send an email prior to sending your item back. If you send an item back without emailing first, you will be issued an exchange voucher or your item will be returned to you at your cost.

👉 You will be contacted once your parcel arrives and has been assessed. A gift voucher will be emailed to you for the cost of the items minus discounts or shipping or a refund will be processed the same way you paid for your items.
When an order was shipped with free shipping
When an order is returned for a refund and the order falls under the free shipping threshold, the item will be refunded minus a $12 postage fee. When an item that was purchased as part of a bundle is returned, the kept item will be charged in full and the refunded item will be minus the bundle discount.
Items returned for refund must be posted within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside of the 14 day window will be issued with a Gift voucher. (If you have emailed us as soon as your order has arrived and sent through the tracking as proof of return but there is a shipping delay due to AUS post, we can be flexible on return date on a case by case basis).
Where a gift voucher is issued, there will be no expiry set and we are happy for you to share or on-gift your voucher.
We recommend using tracked shipping for your returned item, as we will not be held responsible for any missing returned parcels.
Faulty or damage pieces
👉 For any faulty or damaged pieces, please email us with pictures of the issue. We may choose to pay for repair, replace or refund the item depending on the circumstance. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
