Clothing is measured laying flat
Length is taken from shoulder to hem.
Bust is measured laying flat from side seam to side seam. The bust in this dress is shirred and has up to 20cm of stretch.
Skirt is bias cut and quite A-line meaning there is a lot of flexibility in the hip area.
